What are the requirements to rent a motorcycle or car at BEM MOTO RENTAL?
To rent any vehicle, you must present a valid Driver’s License and a Valid ID (e.g. Passport, National ID, Driver’s License, etc.). All customers are required to surrender a valid ID during the rental period. Foreigners must also present a valid Driver’s License (International Driver’s Permit is highly recommended).
Do I need to sign an agreement before renting?
Yes. All customers are required to sign a rental agreement before taking the vehicle. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions, including responsibilities for damages, late returns, and other policies. This protects both the customer and BEM MOTO RENTAL.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
If you exceed the agreed rental period, you will be charged on a per-hour basis. Please inform us in advance if you need to extend your rental time. Failure to return the vehicle on time or respond to our communications may result in BEM MOTO RENTAL posting your details publicly as a reminder.
Who is responsible for damages or scratches on the vehicle?
The customer is fully responsible for any scratches, dents, or damages to the motorcycle or car. You will be required to shoulder all repair expenses. We conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle before and after rental to ensure fairness.
What happens if I don’t respond when my rental is overdue?
BEM MOTO RENTAL reserves the right to post the customer publicly (with necessary details) as a last resort to encourage communication and prompt return of the vehicle. We strongly advise you to always keep your lines open during the rental period.
Can foreigners rent vehicles at BEM MOTO RENTAL?
Yes. Foreigners are welcome to rent our motorcycles and cars. You must present a valid Driver’s License (preferably an International Driver’s Permit) and a valid passport as identification.
What should I do before riding or driving the rented vehicle?
Before leaving our shop, please inspect the vehicle together with our staff. Take photos or videos of any existing scratches or damages. This will help avoid disputes when you return the vehicle.
